College Life

Yea so there are only like 2 weeks of school left plus finals and its getting to be a burden so today I took a personal day from my afternoon classes. Me, Joel, Ryan, and Escola all hit up Keeneland and stayed there all afternoon. I only won on two races but they paid out $125 and $69.80 respectively. I ended up coming out with $91 plus, but Jimmy was the big winner with $110. Joel and Ryan lost big. After getting back from the track we hit the Kappasta where Phi Sig paid for my dinner. It was solid all you could eat spaghetti, then it was off to bed. That is what college is turning into. Hopefully next week will be another good day at the track.

For those who didnt know there was a nice rumor floating around about Bunz bashing some girl. HA HA HA how funny is that. Anyone who knows ryan knows that this is the most unlikely story becasue he DISLIKES julie more then anyone else on campus. Tonight I came to the realization that I've done many stupid things but mainly talking behind peoples backs and taking my joking to far. Tim, Ryan, and mayself this past summer were known as the "Cock 'N Balls" but now we can't even be put in the same room without pissing each other off, but tonight I THINK and HOPE that we have put an end to it all. We came to the agreement that talking shit behind peoples back is worthless and starts useless fights and that our joking can be taken to far and can cause serious damage. I know that this seems like a pointless journal but I am now asking that for now on if people hear me talking shit about people to tell me to shutup and to stop me when i take my jokes to far. Hopefully, this will solve many of the problems that occur on a daily basis.

I know that everyone has heard about the drama that is always occuring at UK and everyone believes that I'm the guilty one in the situation. I know that there is probably strong evidence and past occurences that would make it seem like this were true but in this case, its not. Everyone hears that I treat Ryan like shit and that i am the biggest asshole to him, but what about the stuff he does? How many people would want to be followed by their roommate everywhere they go? it got annoying, having ryan follow me whenever i went to hang out in daniels room or chill in the lobby w/ everyone while playing PS2. it would be different if he would contribute to any of the conversation or activities but he just sits there and follows, he does shit without even know what it is. I live on the 3rd floor so we make the "SHOCKER" sign in pictures so one night the 4 of us did that and he didnt know what it was but he did it any ways, hell do whatever it takes to fit in and that just got old. Im able to fit in w/ the guys up there b/c i have a sense of humor and can take jokes and joke on people easily but in his case he couldnt do either. I mean its just ridiculus and if people cant see where im coming from on this stuff i dont know how else to explain it but just think about how you would like it if you had a walking shadow for 24 hrs during the week and then followed you home on the weekends even though he bitches all the time about how there isnt anything to do...it gets old real fast...maybe instead of idolizing COuntry music he should be out learning about sports and other shit that guys like instead of having feminine qualities that wont let help get any girls....for god sakes hes almost 19 and never had a kiss while sober....i mean how many people would find alcohol and a girl for someone when they were asked to, not many but me and daniel did it for him and how does he repay us....he bitches that it wasnt good enough...if people still believe im the guilty one so be it, but just think about how you would handle it.

Harry Potter was the best movie in the world...Me, Tim, and Draco Dierson went to see it on Saturday night at 1215. We got in for free, it was great....The effects were superb, but i think the best was when Jenny Weasley came on screen, we had to hold tim down....Hopefully The Two Towers will be as good as Harry Potter was. For all those of you out in journal land, I would just like to let it be known that the word mature (aka ripe, developed, full grown, adult) according to Webster’s handy COLLEGE dictionary defines mature as being complete and natural growth. To those of you who do not understand what I am saying, I'm trying to prove that Timothy Michael Sauer is correct with his assumption. College is not a place for people to become adults, especially in the 1st semester. But there is a saying that says, "STUDY HARD, THEN PLAY HARD." The meaning behind this saying explains how the fucking UK guys & Tim Sauer feel about their collegiate life. We are not the party hard people (the alcoholics that can be found elsewhere). In accordance to University Kentucky policy, the campus is considered dry, but those of us who attend this fine university know that it is not dry. Alcohol can be found pretty much anywhere, anytime. But, w/ us being the MATURE people we are know that studying is what is needed to succeed in life. Sitting in a room drinking during the week does not accomplish anything. And yes, "I know that I may be a hypocrite for saying this, but alcohol is not necessary to have fun." People like Timothy M. Sauer know this for a fact & when it comes to his good buddies, R.C., Steven, J.C., & Kenny, he can respect them when they drink because they do not become obnoxious when doing it, unlike those juveniles that become all emotional when they drink & who crave it 24 hours a day (“jenna & marc” – tim sauer).
The word gay (aka lively, vivacious, & homosexual) is defined by Webster’s collegiate dictionary as high-spirited, merry, & homosexual. It can be used to define many things. School can be called “gay”, but does anyone criticize that for being improper usage of the word? Another example is when FRIENDS call each other “gay” as a joke. This mocking of one another goes both ways and though it may not be considered MATURE it is all in good fun. If it does not involve you, then you should treat it like it was a hole in the ground- stay the fuck out of it!
In accordance to Timothy M. Sauer’s journal, he makes reference to AA meetings. These meetings are for alcoholics & though we at UK claim to be “alcoholics” none of us fall under the description as beery, whiny, spirituous, or dipsomaniac. I would have to agree w/ my good buddy TT that there are those among us who depend on alcohol so much that they would probably sell their parents in return for a year’s supply of alcohol. I think that calling us immature and people saying they are going to be 110% more mature than us is like a pile of rocks- people just like to shovel it. I hope that this has enlightened you all on college maturity and alcohol & alcoholism. If not, I would highly recommend reading the books Alcoholism 101 & College Students; Does Maturity Really Exist.

To Whom it may concern, I would like to send my apologies to those of you i have offended with my journal afew days ago. I did not act alone but I choose to accept full responsibility. What was meant as a joke to Joel got taken to the extreme. I didn't even take into consideration the feelings of those who were also involved and I regret this b/c i know if it had been me I would have been furious if someone posted a letter I wrote. I know that this doesn't make ammends for my actions but I do apologize.

In a side note this was between UK and Charles is retarded. I personally haven't posted anything about him, but I do not think to highly of him, but I have managed to keep my mouth shut about it on the journals until now. True, Joel and Tim shouldn't have said anything about him but it wasn't to mature on his part to post their convos online. I know UK is not our campus and we live in the dorms and Joel was NOT in the wrong saying we weren't gonna find him a room b/c it wasn't gonna be done, and for Joel being gay...Yea Right!!! Hes a little baller up here and at least he doens't sing and dance and try to be the center of attention all the time, and Tim wouldn't do anything to anyone except defend his little buddy J.C. just like the rest of us will this weekend if one word is said to him about this whole situation.

Almost one week down at UK and its hard to believe I didnt get home sick or whatnot but anyways tomorrow is the first day of classes with my first one being at 9 and then the next at 10, then I dont have anything to do until 12 which is when my last class of the day starts. It ends at 150!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!! theres no way I can sit in a class that long. Ill be bored out of my mind. We've all been going to the frat parties and looking at their house and last night I was seriously considering actually joining one but maybe thats because I was drunk off my ass but when I woke up this morning I realized that I would never join one because I dont think I need to buy my friends. The only perk i see from joining one is the free beer. Well, Im off to bed its gonna be hard waking up at 8 tomorrow morning. hopefully i dont oversleep.

Yea thats right, I'm now 19 which means 365 more days of being a teenager, but that doesn't mean I have to mature as my age does. Anyways tonight was pretty fun. I was sober, but its not like I missed anything special had i been drunk. After the picnic me, Timbo, Kenny, and Sara-Beth headed to Hooters. I got 10 free wings to bad I wasn't hungry so I brought them home and my dad ate them but all well. I got home and walked into my room and turned on my light and my parents bought me a new TV for my birthday. I was in a state of shock, I had never been sdo surprised as well as speechless. Tonight was fun. We went to Des Pres Park and played football. Me, Adam Hitt, and Rob-Man completely destroyed the girls, but who would've thought they could beat us. Then we all went to FERN CREEK and played Putt-Putt. SB, Adam Hitt, and Robbie tied for the win. I sucked royally at it. To finish off a good night we headed back to my house and I introduced everyone to UNO-ATTACK. It was all and all a fun night. I just gotta get some new batteries. Well, I had gone and given up on these journals until tonight. I had never been so pissed off than I was this afternoon and tonight. Me, Tim, and Marc went to the mall this afternoon and then met up with Kenny at Best Buy around 515 to meet up with Joel who was gonna get us his discount but he never showed up. So me, Tim, and Kenny left around 630 and headed to Wal-Mart. I get home and call over to Tim's and find out that Marc, Shumway and Joel were gonig to Best Buy. Thanks for telling us. So tonight while they were all playing Putt-Putt we once again went to Wal-Mart and bought some window foam and put in on Joel's windows, no harm....The cops get called and when we ride by there around 1130 we pull in and John and them say Ryan's getting a citation in the mail. Hes pissed. Joel bitches at me from behind a fence so i call him out bu the stays behind the fence. Well, anyways it turns out that Marc had told Joel that we said Fuck him and were all pissed off and yea thats true but Marc failed to tell that he was was also saying it, so to Marc expect some words from me tomm night. Joel don't fuck us over anymore, and anyone else not involved don't ge involved.

Well, What can be said about tonight...only one thing comes to mind: WEIRD. It started out at the bowling alley where Adam Hitt was showing off his blue hair. It was the second time I'd ever been high and it sucks compared to being drunk. When I'm drunk I don't spend money on food. Well tonight I learned who my real friends are. I picked up Tim and we went to go get Rob, but before we left Robby's we discussed on what we should do tonight. We knew Charles was having a party so we were thinking of going there until I was informed by someone, lets call him "Tim" to protect his innocence that there were some evil people out there who were going to ruin my reputation or some shit like that. When I found out what they were going to do I couldn't stop laughing. Ruin me by telling people that I got some last Sunday is going to ruin me...So everyone now knows that I got some last weekend, so SHUMWAY, JOEL, And I don't know who else was in on this but if you were sorry I ruined your fun by telling everyone myself and not letting you do it...As for my reputation I don't know what will happen to it but at this point in my life I really don't care. What a great weekend. I got to party and my high school career came to an end on Sunday...no more ties. Tomorrow though is the beginning of some shitty days to come. I've gotta get my wisdom teeth pulled. YUCK and OUCH!!! I really don't want to do it I don't like pain. The surgeon said hes going to be able to get one out easily but the other three are gonna have to be dug out...I'm gonna be laid up for at least 2-3 days with nothing to do....I'm gonna go crazy being at home with no one around and nothing to do but sleep and watch movies. But my mom is getting me orange sherbert...I love that stuff. Well I'm out. Later. Oh yea Congrats to my fellow seniors who graduated and to the girls well you only have like a week or 2 left...ha haha
